Sharing the love during COVID.
The past few weeks have been such an incredible time. Challenging, yes. Confronting, yes. Beautiful and slow, yes. My heart goes out to the community as we navigate these uncertain times together, especially The past few weeks have been such an incredible time. Challenging, yes. Confronting, yes. Beautiful and slow, yes. My heart goes out to the community as we navigate these uncertain times together, especially couples who have had to make hard decisions quickly and make major adjustments to their special days. Love during COVID adds a whole other layer to wedding planning.
One thing that has stood out to me is watching the resilience of people. There is a profound connectedness. Corona Couples coming together over Facebook Wedding Buy & Sell – helping each other navigate their wedding decisions during such a unique time. It’s heart warming in the very least seeing the sense of humour, light-heartedness, and the support for people. Love during COVID will teach you a lot about yourself and your relationship.
It’s interesting to see how the world has forced us to slow down, go in, and connect with the people we love- globally. As much as it has been confusing and at times anxiety-producing. I have been trying to see it as this really profound gift to slow down and connect. I am also thinking that there will be nothing as badass as an image of a bride and groom, bride and bride, or groom and groom photographed together with a mask over their faces- “our wedding survived a global pandemic.” As we navigate weddings and love during COVID it is my hope that we can find inspiration in our communities, joy in the simple things, and continue to move forward knowing the preciousness of coming together. I know I’ll never take for granted these beautiful rites of passage that I have the honour of photographing.
I am optimistic that we can take some of the lessons from this time and on the day of your wedding, really slow down, embracing the preciousness of these events and truly never overlook the opportunity to be close with one another.
I am sending you all major love during COVID and am doing my best over here to ensure that things can be a smooth as possible for all of us when the season picks up again and I assure you it will.
Take good care,
